Dracaena Sanderiana, commonly known as lucky bamboo can survive partially or fully submerged in water. It is completely unrelated to the true bamboo and it has adapted to survive floodings. With proper care and sufficient nutrients, lucky bamboo can be safely introduced to an aquarium.
